Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Mockingbird ("the Software"), developed and published by Relative LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• •Install and use Mockingbird on devices you own or control
• •Use the Software for personal and commercial projects
• •Create and distribute mockups and animations made with the Software

This license is perpetual. You own your license forever with no recurring fees.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• •Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• •Share your license key with others
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• •Use the Software for any illegal purpose

Ownership of Your Work

You retain full ownership of all mockups, animations, and creative content you produce using Mockingbird. We claim no rights to your work.

Pricing and Payment

Mockingbird is sold as a one-time purchase. Your purchase includes:

• •Perpetual license to use the Software
• •Free updates and bug fixes
• •Access to new features in the current major version

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Mockingbird doesn't meet your needs, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

System Requirements

• •macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later
• •Mac with Apple Silicon or Intel processor with Metal support
• •4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended)

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
